How event filming works

(and what to expect from the collaboration)

Hiring a video maker doesn’t have to be complicated. I handle most of the production independently to ensure the filming runs smoothly and without unnecessary hassle for you.

Here’s what the process looks like:

1. Brief & alignment
At the beginning, we clarify what you need to capture and how the video will be used (social media, marketing, partners).

2. Pre-production – planning the story and setup
I prepare a filming plan to make sure nothing is missed and everything runs seamlessly on-site.

3. Filming
I work independently and unobtrusively during the event, so the camera doesn’t disrupt the flow while still capturing key moments and the overall atmosphere.

4. Editing & delivery
I edit the video into formats suitable for your channels and prepare it for immediate use.

5. Finalization
We fine-tune any details, and the video is ready for publication.

Final note

The goal isn’t just to “film a video,” but to create content you can truly use for communication and marketing.

If you’re planning an event or project, get in touch — I’d be happy to walk you through the options.
