What are your payment terms?
Booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is paid after approval of the final version.
How long does it take to deliver the final video?
Delivery depends on agreement and current workload:
- Express delivery: within 24 hours
- Standard projects: 1 week
- Complex videos: 2–4 weeks
What if I need the video urgently?
Yes, express delivery is possible by prior agreement. Please contact me as early as possible.
How does the review and revision process work?
The price includes 2 rounds of revisions within the original brief. Additional edits can be arranged individually.
Can you help with concept or script development?
Yes, concept development is part of the collaboration. For larger projects, we can also arrange extended pre-production planning.
How should I prepare for the shoot?
Just have a clear idea of what the video should be used for. We’ll refine all details before filming based on the type of project.
Can you film with a drone anywhere?
I operate in accordance with current aviation regulations. I always check feasibility in advance based on the specific location.
Do you work outside Prague?
Yes, I film across the Czech Republic and internationally. Travel costs are handled individually depending on the project.
What about video licensing?
Final videos are delivered with a license for online use (web, social media). Extended licensing can be arranged if needed.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is not provided as standard. In specific cases, it can be arranged individually.
How long do you store project files?
I archive materials for several years, but I recommend clients keep their own backup of final deliverables.
How the collaboration work
We define the goal of the video, its style, and the filming plan.
Production takes place according to the agreed plan.
Editing, revisions, and final delivery.
